These Terms of Service govern the use of Commerce OS, an internal, access-restricted software platform owned and operated by OZARPA UK LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16381493).
Commerce OS is a private, password-protected operational tool. It is built for, and used exclusively by, OZARPA UK LIMITED and its authorized personnel to support the company's own e-commerce decision-making, product research, and store operations. Commerce OS is not offered to the public as a product or service, and no third party may register for or obtain access to it.
Access to Commerce OS is limited to individuals explicitly authorized by OZARPA UK LIMITED (currently the company's director, with the possibility of a small number of additional authorized team members in the future). Any credentials, API keys, or access tokens used within Commerce OS belong to OZARPA UK LIMITED or its authorized personnel and may not be shared with unauthorized parties.
Commerce OS connects to a number of third-party platforms and APIs (including, where applicable, advertising platforms, e-commerce platforms, and AI/data infrastructure providers) solely to carry out OZARPA UK LIMITED's own business operations on its own accounts. Use of each connected third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms of service. OZARPA UK LIMITED is solely responsible for its own use of these integrations.
Commerce OS is an internal tool under active development. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any recommendations, scores, or analyses produced by Commerce OS are decision-support tools only — all final business decisions remain the responsibility of OZARPA UK LIMITED's authorized human operators.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OZARPA UK LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Commerce OS.
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how Commerce OS operates. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
