This Privacy Policy describes how OZARPA UK LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16381493), collects, uses, and safeguards data in connection with Commerce OS, an internal, access-restricted decision-intelligence software platform.

1. What Commerce OS Is

Commerce OS is a private, password-protected operational tool built and used by OZARPA UK LIMITED to support the company's own e-commerce operations. It is not a public product, app, or service, and it is not offered or made available to members of the general public. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of OZARPA UK LIMITED (currently the company's director, with the possibility of a small number of additional authorized team members in the future).

2. Data We Process

Because Commerce OS connects to third-party platforms and APIs (including, where applicable, Meta's Marketing API, TikTok's Marketing/Business APIs, Shopify's Admin API, and similar services) on behalf of OZARPA UK LIMITED, the categories of data it may process include:

• Business operational data: product research signals, market and advertising performance data, and e-commerce store data belonging to OZARPA UK LIMITED's own online stores.
• Authentication credentials: API access tokens and OAuth credentials that authorize Commerce OS to act on behalf of OZARPA UK LIMITED's own connected accounts (e.g. its own Shopify store, its own advertising accounts).
• Aggregate customer statistics: where Commerce OS reads order or support data from OZARPA UK LIMITED's own Shopify stores, this data is used only in aggregated, category-level form (e.g. "34% repeat purchase rate in a given product category") for internal business analytics. Commerce OS does not build individually identifiable profiles of end customers, and no individually identifiable customer data is retained in Commerce OS's internal knowledge base.

Commerce OS does not collect data from, or about, members of the public who interact with this website. This website exists solely to host these policy documents.

3. How We Use Data

All data processed by Commerce OS is used exclusively for OZARPA UK LIMITED's own internal business operations — including product research, marketing decision-making, and store management for its own e-commerce brands. Data is never sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties, and is never used to build advertising profiles for resale.

4. Third-Party Services

Commerce OS integrates with a number of third-party infrastructure and API providers strictly to carry out OZARPA UK LIMITED's own business operations (for example: cloud hosting and database providers, AI/reasoning providers, web-data collection services, media generation services, and advertising and e-commerce platform APIs). Each of these providers processes data under their own respective privacy policies and terms. Commerce OS acts as the client/operator of these services on behalf of OZARPA UK LIMITED — it does not act as a data processor for any third party's end users.

5. Data Security

Access to Commerce OS is restricted via authentication and is not publicly accessible. API credentials and access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Only authorized OZARPA UK LIMITED personnel may access the platform.

6. Data Retention

Operational data is retained for as long as it remains useful to OZARPA UK LIMITED's business operations. Where applicable, retention periods for specific data categories are governed by OZARPA UK LIMITED's own internal data governance practices.
